Last fall during a landscape bed renovation project at the entrance to my driveway, I planted some perennials including lavender, black-eyed Susans, salvia and milkweed with the goal of creating a small pollinator garden to attract bees and butterflies. Then to fill in the spaces between the plants, I sprinkled a few packets of wildflower seeds.
